It was a dramatic move: after 16 years with Amex, Costco was switching to The Costco Anywhere Visa by Citi. With millions of cardholders affected, it was crucial that the rollover was a success. The “Go Big” campaign helped ensure that it was, by showing shoppers they could now enjoy what they loved about Costco anywhere. Very simple, and very Costco, the retail campaign was so well received it was expanded to include print and digital.
